Hello!
My name is Christina Dowell and I am excited to teach in the St. Stephen Martyr community. More importantly I am thrilled to be your child's fourth grade teacher. This year is going to be a fun learning adventure and I can't wait to see what is in store for us. Before I meet all of you, I'd like to tell you a little bit about me first.
I graduated from Spalding University with my Bachelors in Elementary Education in December 2013. I completed my student teaching within JCPS at Dunn Elementary in the Kindergarten and 4th grade classrooms. I also substitute taught throughout JCPS and the Archdiocese of Louisville in the spring of 2014. I am currently working on completing my Masters in Education from Georgetown.
I love using technology within my classroom and creating hands-on activities for my students. I have BIG ideas for us this year and am ecstatic to share them with you!
